A compact mono synth with one oscillator and one envelope shared by the filter and amplifier.

The ranges and Init values below come straight from the plugin.

Oscillator

Range — 16’, 8’, 4’, or 2’, Init 8'

Sets the octave. 8’ is concert pitch, 16’ is one octave down, and 4’ and 2’ are one and two octaves up.

Tune — −100 … +100 cents, Init 0.0 cents

Fine-tunes the whole synth by up to one semitone in either direction.

Glide — 0 ms … 2.00 s, Init 0 ms

Sets the time taken to slide between notes. Note priority controls whether overlapping notes glide or retrigger.

Bend range — 0 … 12 st, Init 2 st

Sets the pitch-bend range in semitones.

Mixer

Saw, pulse, sub, and noise can all play together. The display shows their combined waveform.

Saw — 0 … 100, Init 80

Sawtooth level.

Pulse — 0 … 100, Init 0

Pulse-wave level.

Sub — 0 … 100, Init 0

Sub-oscillator level. It stays locked to the main oscillator.

Noise — 0 … 100, Init 0

White-noise level.

Pulse width — 5 … 95%, Init 50%

Sets the pulse duty cycle. 50% is square; moving either way makes it thinner.

PWM source — Manual, LFO, or Envelope, Init Manual

Chooses what moves the pulse width. The manual setting remains as the centre point for modulation.

PWM depth — 0 … 100, Init 0

Sets how far the selected source moves the pulse width.

Sub shape — 1 oct square, 2 oct square, or 2 oct pulse, Init 1 oct square

Chooses the sub waveform and octave.

Filter

A resonant four-pole low-pass. The bass gets thinner as resonance rises.

Cutoff — 20.0 Hz … 20.0 kHz, Init 16.0 kHz

Sets the filter frequency. Init is almost fully open.

Resonance — 0 … 100, Init 0

Sets the filter feedback. It can self-oscillate from about 90%.

Filter envelope — −100 … +100 (−6 … +6 octaves), Init 0

Sets how far the shared envelope moves the cutoff. Negative values move it down instead of up.

Filter LFO — 0 … 100 (0 … 4 octaves), Init 0

Sets how far the LFO moves the cutoff.

Key tracking — 0 … 100 (0 … 1:1), Init 0

Makes higher notes raise the cutoff. At 100%, one keyboard octave moves the filter by one octave. The pivot is middle C.

Envelope

One ADSR controls both the filter and the amplifier.

Attack — 1 ms … 8.00 s, Init 2 ms

Time to reach full level.

Decay — 1 ms … 12.00 s, Init 1.20 s

Time to fall from full level to Sustain.

Sustain — 0 … 100, Init 20

Level held while a note is down.

Release — 1 ms … 12.00 s, Init 250 ms

Time to fade after the note is released.

Modulator

LFO rate — 0.05 … 30.00 Hz, Init 5.50 Hz

Sets the LFO speed.

LFO shape — Triangle, Square, Ramp up, Ramp down, or Random, Init Triangle

Chooses the LFO waveform. Random moves in steps.

LFO to pitch — 0 … 100 (0 … 7 semitones), Init 0

Sets vibrato depth. Small values give normal vibrato; the full range reaches a fifth.

Amplifier

VCA source — Envelope or Gate, Init Envelope

Envelope shapes the volume with the ADSR. Gate holds full volume while a key is down, leaving the envelope free to shape only the filter.

Output — −60.0 … 6.0 dB, Init 0.0 dB

Sets the final output level.

Voice

Note priority — Legato or Retrigger, Init Legato

Legato changes pitch without restarting the envelope when notes overlap. Retrigger starts the envelope again for every note.
